The Committee will receive testimony from invited guests on issues related to the guidelines developed by the CDC and the NJ Office of the Secretary of Higher Education for reopening institutions of higher education in the 2020-2021 academic year. Invited guests will include a representative from the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education, and representatives from the State's public and independent colleges and universities, including student representatives.
