A30 -Provides for separate presidential primary election on last Tuesday in February.

A31 -Establishes Election Advisory Commission.

A32 -Requires posting of a voter information notice called the voter's bill of rights.

A33 -Requires that all voting machines produce a voter-verified paper record.

A34 -Requires application for recount to be filed within 15 days following election.

A35 -Permits registered voter to vote by absentee ballot for any reason.

A36 -Requires Attorney General and county boards of elections to produce certain elections training materials, and produce and display certain information pertinent to voters.

A37 -Requires county clerks to prepare reports concerning use of emer. & provisional ballots.

A38 -Permits use of voter registration form to declare political party affiliation.

A39 -Increases penalties for tampering with voting machines or ballot boxes.

A40 -Establishes early voting procedure; makes appropriation.

A41 -Provides for excused absences for public school students involved in election

activities on day of general election under certain circumstances

A42 -Permits voter registration up to 15 days before election.

A43 -Permits elections in muni. with fewer than 1,500 residents to be conducted by mail.

A44 -Establishes "Polling Place Accessibility Fund"; promotes polling place accessibility

for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

A45 -Implements provisions of federal "Help America Vote Act of 2002"; creates

Statewide voter registration system.

A46 -Requires school districts to ensure appropriate security for students when school is

open as a polling place and requires State reimbursement; makes an appropriation.

A47 -Consolidates school and fire district elections in certain municipalities on date of nonpartisan municipal elections.
